Base Construction Mod - Vanilla Balancing

Description
Cheat mod designed to allow gameplay flexibility in construction-limited scenarios. This is the "vanilla" version which leaves the base game intact with a few exceptions detailed below. Full version of mod with my own units and balancing here

All medical bunkers/first aid stations can train their faction's respective Base Construction engineer. Base Construction engineers directly build your unit production buildings (like COH 1 and COH 2) but can do it pretty much anywhere (infinite range). They are still bound by tech restrictions however, so build an HQ if you can't tech up past tech 2 as US for example.

Each faction's medical vehicle can train base construction engineers as well (US: M3 halftrack/medical halftrack, UK: CWT truck/medical truck/resupply & repair truck DAK: 2.5 ton medical truck WM: Sdkfz 251 halftrack/medical halftrack)

The idea here (in limited build scenarios) is to use Game Modes+ which has an option in Annihilation+ to spawn a medical building for players only. From that medical building you should be able to rebuild the rest of your base.

Note that autobuild (abilities on buildings that create other buildings) has more restrictions than building directly with Base Construction units, due to how autobuild is implemented. If you run into any issues try building with your Base Construction engineers/pioneers first.

Notes:
- Base Construction units are regular engineers with most of their build options overwritten with base buildings. They are not as capable as regular engineers.

- Medical buildings can now be built in any territory. Their autobuild abilities will still require controlled territory in supply however.

- US and UK medical buildings can autobuild like the HQ, and can also autobuild simultaneously with the HQ.

-The M3 Assault Carrier has not been modified, unlike the base M3 (Armored) Halftrack. If this is an issue for anyone let me know.

- WM and DAK have access to both tech trees through their med bunker, as Annihilation+ spawns a WM med bunker for DAK and COH 3 modding is so primitive right now I can't even make a seperate upgrade/med bunker for DAK. If anyone knows how to set what a unit becomes through a custom upgrade (cloned from the original med bunker upgrade) that would be ideal.

- On that note, DAK HMG bunker has been replaced entirely by WM concrete bunker. DAK has access to MG, repair and med bunker upgrades. According to my single test this persists even if you pick the Italian battlegroup with the DAK HMG bunker.

-WM command bunker buff has been moved to the medical bunker (still requires Support Bunkers to be chosen from Italian Coastal battlegroup to work) as there's no room on the bunker upgrade menu with mg42/repair/medical/anti-tank bunkers.

-You can now zoom out more (50 instead of 35 max distance). Mostly for convenience, if anyone who's actually using this mod doesn't want it I can upload a copy without the camera changes.

I also made a version with balance changes tuned specifically for vs AI play

This mod will likely not be updated beyond compatibility with newer versions of COH 3 (which is highly unlikely considering the units and buildings this mod changes).

You can use any part of this mod in your own or as a base for your own, just give credit. If you want to keep using it but it becomes outdated, feel free to update and reupload.
