VFE Medieval Leather Armor Craftable on Tailor Bench

Description
Make Leather Armor and Heavy Leather Armor (and their helmets) to also be craftable on tailor bench

Also added Medieval Overhaul's Gloves, Boots, and Padded Chausses recipe to Electrical Tailor Bench (they were already in Hand Tailor Bench, just somehow missing from the electrical one)

Could you please add these recipes to the electric tailor bench as well? It'd be nice if the gloves and padded leather legs could be added there as well, it's a bit annoying being forced to use a manual tailoring workbench just for these items.
