Generally: Less Invasions

Adds a terror value that increases as you:
-Kill Hunters
-Initial Water Rituals

And decreases if you:
-kill a water brother

Your terror holds the monsters away by fear. The more terror, the more fear, the less invasions.
However as time goes by heat rises and they need to be remembered of your dangers.
Also adds some random extra dimensional chatter the stronger you are and the more heat is on.

Works on existing saves. Dunno if it can be removed again but i think yes.
