Artifacts Overhauled

Description
Artifacts Overhauled
This mod aims to rework and rebalance a large number of artifacts in the game.

Changes
-More than 40 artifacts changed
-One new artifact
-7 new classless cards (These are all added by artifacts and should not appear otherwise)

We aimed to make the item pool more consistent by reworking heavily underperforming artifacts and weakening some of the most powerful ones.

Healing items were weakened to make campfires a more valuable location to pick and to compensate for the general power increase of the item pool. Some starter items were moved to common and rare rarities so that archetypes are less restricted to the character creation at the start of runs.

Could you give some examples as to which changes you disliked? Most of the items changed were fairly build neutral like goldfish. A lot of the changes are aimed at items that had signicant problems at high torment play, being either far too weak, inconsistent or niche to take most of the time (see eyeball and hatchet as examples).

But Im sure we have blindspots, so feel free to call out a few of the changes you disagree with.

Apparently this doesn't allow detailed explanations over 1000 characters long, so to sum it up, the vast majority are terrible alterations that severely undercut support and finesse builds.
