Atlas (BioShock Infinite: Burial At Sea) [PM/NPC]

Frank Fontaine was a ruthless con man, smuggler, and crime lord in the underwater city of Rapture. Rising to power through black-market dealings, he built an empire on exploitation, plasmid trafficking, and manipulation of the underclass. Presumed dead after a staged conflict with Andrew Ryan, Fontaine reinvented himself under a new identity: Atlas, the everyman revolutionary.

As Atlas, he crafted a carefully engineered persona of a working-class hero, speaking in an Irish accent and championing the downtrodden citizens of Rapture. This disguise allowed him to rally the desperate population against Ryan, gaining their loyalty and trust. To the protagonist, Jack, Atlas appears as a guiding ally, offering support and direction through the chaos of Rapture—until his mask eventually slips, revealing that he was Fontaine all along.
