NGNL Gibril English Translation

Description
Since there is no english translation of the Jibril character mod, I made an english translation of Jibril Boss + Character by 贰玖君 and improved the boss's translation.

Uses the BasicMethods way of providing a translation for a mod by creating an ExTrans folder and having the translation inside a folder with the same mod ID.

The english translation should automatically apply if this mod is enabled.
