Description
Based on Alex DeWolf's rendition of the Consulcast.

Replaces paperposter003a, so place this above any map material or poster replacements you're using.
This shows up on the train station walls and TV sets.

@⛧Megalomaniac⛧ The two breen posters from Dark Interval (the stars one and the one where the Consul's face is replaced by Breen), maybe a HLA "Report the vort" poster, the City 17 welcome poster from Raising the Bar, the cremator poster, and maybe a custom poster version of the "Printed circuit" symbol?

Sorry dude, but i don't know how to make addons at all, even replacement, but i will be grateful to whoever does this, or make posters from dark interval

can you change weapon damage and animations? if so can you make the crowbar have the same damage and hit delay as the stunstick?
