Compatibility Patch for Ritual Implants + Gigastructural Engineering

Without this patch, playing with Cybernetic Creed - Ritual Implants Fix alongside Gigastructural Engineering will cause 0% habitability on all colonizable planets.

👉 This patch fixes the issue.

Make sure it loads after Gigastructural Engineering.

Disable this Compatibility Patch if you are not using Gigastructural Engineering anymore, otherwise the 0% habitability bug will return.

Why Gigastructural Engineering changes this game rule is unclear, but this patch restores proper compatibility.
