Thrones without effects : only for ascension points

Description
Add 3 new thrones respectively for 1, 2, 3 ascent points (Secondary Throne = 1 ; Important Throne = 2 ; Primordial Throne = 3)

None of these 3 new thrones give any effect, unit recruitment, dominions points, or anything else. These 3 new thrones only give ascension points.

Uses following ID sites : 2523 ; 2524 ; 2525
Compatible with “Sombre Warhammer” mods, if it's not the case, comment here and I will change it.
If possible, I would like this mod to be compatible with as many other mods as possible.
