Report a translation problem
The Runestele is not what is limiting the terraforming, it's specifically the themes missing things to apply, hence I used underground lake instead of a river for this mod. Adding custom features to an existing theme is really difficult if not close to impossible.
But here's how the default giants work afaik:
- Ice Runestele tries to apply the snow/ice terrain feature that is available for the currently primary theme and if none exist in said theme then it overwrites it with a basic ice primary theme.
- Fire Runestele is extremely similar to the Ice one, but instead uses ashland/chasm.
- Rock Runestele tries to add mountain or stalagmites as an overlay and iirc it just fails to apply anything if nothing exists, but this is the most compatible Runestele ingame by far.
- Storm Runestele will convert any theme that has no rivers available into grassland, and is the least compatible Runestele in game.
I've been kind of looking into mods that help to give runestele terraforming finer control because I've run into some unexpected outcomes.
Like blessed regions currently will get removed from ice giant (I believe fire too?) runesteles and won't return even if the runestele is returned, oops.

Imo it defeats the purpose of underground if one changes the terrain to regular above ground ones. Which was not what I wanted. Hence I came up with this.
take note as well, from the tb society traits mod you have Forest Temple from a few traits, it says it does not work underground. but it does, terr surface forest vs mushroom. after it does you can storm terraform that...
