This mod moderately changes how much resources your cities produce to help get your new cities started faster. Starting production is increased from 60-->80. Energy and science is increase from 0-->10.

This mod also increase the four colony basic structures income to 25. You want to really build these as soon as possible now.

Lastly, this mod increases the base research your cities produce by 1.25x, however he doomsday technology is increased to deincentive doomsday rushing and encourage a more balanced play.
