Comments : Continuing from Carstairs you will in Part 2 head to the Gretna Junction area North of Carlisle where on the way at 2 sidings you will be dropping off some items needed by Ground Maintenance crews and so with traffic high coming in the opposite direction it will be a challenge to keep to timetable in your 12 car service. Adhering to signals and instruction will be important especially when stopping for these unexpected stoppages where adjusting your application to acceleration and braking will test your ability to apply.
