Fixed version of popular Speedy CTF for Q3A

Changes for QL version:
Removed kamikaze item and replaced with medkit with 60sec. respawn time
Removed TA weapons
Fixed CTF flags not spawning
Fixed obelisks not spawning
Oneflag, harvester and overload gametypes working correctly (Overload is officially removed but still can be enabled)
Levelshot+preview updated
Bot support
