Settled Nomads Expanded V2

Description
This mod turns the settled nomad villages in Dreg and Shem into small, fortified villages.

It also adds:
- A travel, equipment and materials stores in both settlements, and a farm store in the Shem villages.
- Gate guards capably of handling the gutters, supported by goats.
- Nomad settlers can sell their houses.
- If Tinfist is dead while Longen is alive, the Slave Traders take over the Shem village. Some slave shops, farm and used clothing stores can be found.
- If Longen is also killed, then the Mercenary Guild takes the Shem settlement. A merc Smithy and an adventure store can be found.
- Adds 2 gamestarts, each being a variation of the wanderer start spawing in either village.

Mostly small differences: This one has gates and guards, and there are less npcs in each village.

Just like it happens with manhunter base when the southern slavemasters are killed (since in vanilla the Shem Settlement can be taken by the slave traders, I thought that it made sense that it could have a similar fate)
