Tweaks the Mechcommander Helmet and Mechlord set to match the Vacsuit set bonuses so your Mechanitors can help in space without sacrificing bandwidth. Also adds the missing 20% of Toxic Environment Resistance to the Vacsuit.

Mechcommander Helmet
- Changes Vacuum Resistance from 67% to 68%.
- Adds Toxic Environment Resistance of 80%.
- Changes Cold Insulation from 3 to 6
- Changes Heat Insulation from 1.5 to 4

Mechlord Helmet
- Changes Vacuum Resistance from 65% to 68%
- Adds Toxic Environment Resistance of 80%.
- Changes Cold Insulation from 4 to 6
- Changes Heat Insulation from 2 to 4

Mechlord Armor
- Changes Vacuum Resistance from 30% to 32%
- Adds Toxic Environment Resistance of 20%.
- Changes Cold Insulation from 64 to 90
- Changes Heat Insulation from 9 to 15

Vacsuit
- Adds Toxic Environment Resistance of 20%.

Compatible with Mini Gravships mod.
Composite Vacsuit will have 20% Toxic Environment Resistance.
