The Ghost of Chernobyl

Description
The ghost city of Chernobyl keeps high levels of radiation nowadays. Some fungus discovered a way to feed themselves with the radiation and evolved to a new kind of plague that was released on air a few weeks ago, beyond the quarantine zone. Can you infect the entire world?

What's up, Gemorge. That was exactly what inspired me to do this map. There are some studies on some fungus that were capable of surviving the radiation levels really near to Chernobyl's reactor and in places where even robots can't get close without being damaged by the radiation. Hope you enjoyed playing it!

There actually are fungi that eat radiation to feed themselves. They were discovered in chernobyl back in 1991. Look up "Radiotrophic fungus" if you want to read more. They haven't infected anyone to my knowledge but this scenario is definitely an interesting "what if"and with a bit of an update it could very nicely tie in to this real life fungus (assuming you didn't already inspire the scenario off that).
