Cold Fusion

Description
Set the world on fire with a cold reactor pumping radiant cells! Plus pretty sparks for those rare cases heat alone isn't enough. No combo cells required.

Requires a tiny bit of setup to function. A few seconds after spawning in this creature in the game world (after the middle thermoelectric cell has ramped up), connect the top and bottom radiant cell lines with another radiant cell.

Works best with Chain Lightning and Overcharge mutations, but they're not required.

The eerie glow of those black radiant cells is very atmospheric...

It uses a cold core "reactor". The positive cell at the bottom gets the heat pumps started, which cools things down. The thermoelectric cell would normally generate charge to counter the cold, but with negative voltage going it instead makes the heat pumps even colder. Positive feedback loop achieved, the output gets hooked up to the radiant and electric cells for silly voltage.
