Better Bandages

Description
This mutator allows bandages to be used anytime, even when the player is not bleeding, restoring an amount of HP based on the game's sv_bandage_heal_amt cvar (15 HP by default).

Bandages can only be used if the player's health is below the maximum (100 HP by default).

How to activate:

Enable it by adding better_bandages to the sv_mutators cvar.

Should be official but with 5-8% of health restore instead of default 15% because I find it ridiculous how often there is stockpiles of bandages and yet half-dead players cant use them till they bleed so sometimes its a good thing to receive blood loss from zombie kids with their 8% of damage.
