current changes:
>massive reduction of drag
>reworked normal boosters to have an instant pulse of immense force when boosting
>reworked overclocked boosters to have less force but have a longer boost duration
>dramatically empowering the overcharge of the overclocked tractor beam
>dramatically empowering all thrusters
>dramatically increasing health on larger thrusters

temporary features:
>comedicly strong nuke(will be nerfed)
