Fire ammo crash fix for Linux

I modified one boolean in a particle that's originally inside "weapon_fx.pcf".

weapon_fx.pcf

   Velocity Noise
    Apply Velocity in Local Space (0/1) | bool | 1 -> 0

What does switching it to 0 do? I don't know. I haven't noticed any visual changes.
You can patch any particle mod altering "weapon_tracers_incendiary" particle to make it independent of this fix.

I merged some more popular manifests into one and I'm including it in the add-on. Without it the fix would have a hard time co-existing with some particle mods combinations.
I will try to update that custom manifest whenever the original authors update theirs.

You'll get your in-game console spammed with errors. Take a look inside the VPK for the solution to that. They're harmless and print only once, so if you don't mind them, you don't have to perform any additional steps.

If you want it to work in Versus, you'll have to apply the custom vocalizer treatment to it.
There's also this way[www.gamemaps.com] of fixing the crash in all modes.

This mod will be gone as soon as Valve decides to move their lazy asses and fix the crashing issue properly.
