8 Bit Unsigned Sound Pack

This Sound Pack replaces the game’s default sound effects with optimized 8-bit unsigned PCM audio at 44.1 kHz.

This format is lighter on your system as it will using half the data of standard 16-bit files which means:

Lower CPU usage during gameplay, especially when many sounds play at once.
Faster load times for sound-heavy scenes.
Reduced memory footprint without breaking audio playback.
While this conversion slightly reduces audio fidelity, it preserves all key sound details, making it ideal for short, punchy effects like footsteps, weapon sounds, UI clicks, and ambient noises. Music and dialogue remain untouched for maximum quality.

Channels: Mono ( Only covers sound effect files which are normally mono by default )
