More Space Factions

Description
Generates more than one faction in the Traders Guild so you have more options for orbital platforms and space traders.

Apply it to existing saves from the mod options.

Now we need the same thing for the empire, so we can trade with one, and get raided by the other, or get double titles, and twice the permits.

I have done it manually with World Edit 2.0 several times in 1.4 and 1.5, and it doesn't cause any issues that I am aware of, but it is a pain to set up, and World Edit 2.0 is not updated to 1.6.

@Victor There is only one type of icon for space settlements and they don't have land settlements so no, not that I could tell

Does the settlement icon change color for each faction?

I got random space trader events from different space factions and that's all I tested
