Aggressor Rework Mod by SovietSnake

Description
This rework is based on the ideas of SovietSnake, aka Aggressor Hater Numero 1.


Those changes were made to give him a more offensive identity by both increasing the power of his offensive moves and adding a new identity to his support moves that focused on Burn synergy with offensive purposes.

Not on it's own, but it does make the skill interact slightly better with buffs

The 25% to 33% DMG on Smite doesn't actually change anything on it's own, does it?
