LIM Asgard-Class | Survival-Ready Light Carrier

Crafted out of urgency from available capital parts, the Asgard is designed to field 4 heavy LF-24A/B fighters for patrols and long-range operations. This may seem small, but it only serves as an example of how potent these assets are.

The flight 1 of this series is as shown; equipped with a gen 1 gravity catapult for quickly launching fighters and saving on fuel, a moderately sized medical bay for emergencies, capital-class engines, a capital-class jump drive, and extensive command stations for leading a small flotilla. The first production group of this class was made at New Jorgunmandr to send to the settled Limitar colonies after recent escalations by local pirate groups banding together into a proper military force.

The flight 2 would extend the flight deck to carry several more fighters, and install a dedicated armament construction platform for restocking missiles on deployment alongside other un-noteworthy improvements to streamline production.
