RoX's Character Pack

The base roster in Hard Time III, while large, is only half the size of Wrestling Empire's roster. So, I decided I would add a batch of brand new characters to the mix! These include characters based on real people, fictional characters, and original characters, adding up to 172 new characters.

These characters use base Hard Time III textures, so no other mods are required.
