Description
Cleared up a lot of latent lines of text that were still in russian. along with that, fixed quite a bit of grammer and just in general, made a lot of the lines easier to read.

Also, completely removed and replaced the slave trader in port south. it was way out of place, and the dialogue was, well, competely awful to say the least.

Should also be easier for anyone diving into the fcs to see what is what if they want to make other patches.

as for the modder of social lives, thank you for the awesome mods. really gives some life to the cities, especial with the heralds.

@azamat97El Yea, I clocked it as being from the boondocks, but, I play Scorchlanders quite a lot and was completely surprised by the dialogue.

Yea, Can't wait to see what other mods you cook up! If it wasn't for me creating my own city changes I would have definitively been using your city mods/town changes mods!!

Heh, Uncle Rukus was left out) Actually, I want to apologize if I offended anyone with this character. This is one big reference to the character of the same name from the animated series "The Boondocks". I am glad that my mods are of interest and that patches are being created for them.
