With the recent ramp in terrorist attacks and mysterious disappearances of renowned law enforcement officers, media outlets and police departments have begun to receive strange letters and photos of fanatical Phoenix followers, meant to scare the population and the government into submission. These weapons have been covered in newspapers cutouts, and an FBI recruitment poster that has been defaced.

A conspiracy and ransom note inspired skin that I got the idea for after reading some old articles. This was also a great opportunity in my eternal struggle to stray from the semi-realistic style of skin that I usually do. Hope you enjoy it!
