Oops! All Entropic Brew

Description
Before starting a run, I'd highly recommend you'd disable some potions, which you can find by going to:
Main Menu -> Mods -> Oops! All Entropic Brew -> Disable any brews that you want!
Have you ever looked at the cereal Oops! All Berries and decided "hmmm...you know what? This would be a great idea for a mod!"...? Well I have. So that's why I made this mod.
This mod contains 44 potions; 1 Entropic Brew variation for every single potion in the game, and 2 interesting ones you'll have to find in game :)

Hello Bento! Nice to see you again. All of the Brew variations of potions that are normally character specific are still character specific (for example, Brew of Darkness -> Fill all of your empty potion slots with Essence of Darkness is still specific to The Defect).

Looks awesome and I got a simple question to ask. Are all of these modded potions universal potions that can be found by anyone or are some of them character specific.
