JR Central N700S Shinkansen v1.1

[Changelog] Version 1.1.0
Standardised the car naming system (thus, the v1.1 cars are completely different to the old ones, and a new mod page is required for avoiding contradiction while users can still update the trains manually);
Improved the train performance sharply (mainly on acceleration and braking) to simulate the ultimate realistic power of N700S;
Allowed standing passengers boarding on the ordinary cars (13 non-Green cars);
Added N700S-9000 (Train Set J0) for experimental use;
Added more details to the car properties;
Fixed the mistakes on the mod description in Steam Workshop.
