Before importing your footage, make sure Shotcut is set to the same resolution and framerate as your recorded video.
  • Click Settings → Video Mode

  • If your resolution is listed, select it (e.g., 1920x1080 60fps).
  • If not, go to Settings → Video Mode → Custom → Add...
  • Give it a name, enter the resolution and frame rate manually.

4. Import Your Footage
  • Click File → Open File
  • Browse to your recorded Battlezone: Combat Commander video and open it.
  • It should appear in the preview window.

5. Add Footage to the Timeline
  • Click and drag the video from the preview window down to the timeline at the bottom.

6. Exporting the Video
Once you're done editing (e.g., trimming, adding transitions, etc.), it's time to export the video.

Export Settings:
  • Click the Export button.
  • Under Presets, go to the Lossless category and select H.264.

In the Video tab:
  • Color Range: Full (JPEG)
  • Deinterlacer: BWDIF (best)
