st cannons expasion: expanded (dead)

a continuation/fan remake of galtor's st mod
[currently in beta/unfinished phase, most things are missing and some things are unfinished, further updates will fix that]
special thanks go to cam22 for code and galtor for allowing to make a continuation/rework based on his work

mod released to public as im hella burnt out on this shi so i don't think I'll be working on it much now
(That does mean that no suggestions or cries about bug fixings will be heard)

permanent (won't be much edited) skibidis were added, more will be added in next patches
speaker variants added
uttv was made somewhat usable and in theory saveable
skibidi arms have icons
a lot of skibidi armors were reskined, a lot were added
large tv and scientist tv added
