Description
This changes the Laboratory research from clay to coal and the Library research resource from leather to paper!

No more do you have to suffer through the agony of collecting clay and leather! Not only does coal and paper still make sense, but they are easier to get a hold of.

If necessary I can alter the research rate or the amount of resources needed for consumption.

I'm glad you think so. Maybe I'll increase the paper requirement for library a bit? Hm.

This may be a good middle ground vs another mod that brought decay down to 10% (whatever that means, I only joined in v69) and doubled worker output. I had hundreds of points of knowledge by 400 to 500 people, wasn't sure where I was supposed to be per vanilla.
