But halfway through the run I discover the "hack" to prevent me from shunting badwater anywhere but the base and left side of the map, combined with the already very limited water flow, I just ended up redesigning the map myself.
After removing the "play the map the way I want" hack of 0 pressure water sources, I increased both the water and badwater flow, adjusted the downstairs channel to accommodate, removed a LOT of the upstairs trees (and consolidated tree types like a vanilla map), removed nearly all of the slopes, and added a second underground bad water source that floods the mine, with an out channel just behind and to the left of the mine.
With these changes I think it's a top tier map and one of my favourites.
