Description
Enables medium rail-guns for Human player.
Some players prefer them for their own reasons.
Use only when playing human to avoid confusion for AI

Wait, are the medium ones *disabled* by being human? I thought their prerequisite was that you had to be human to get them... This interface is confusing as hell.
