The governor of the state is tasked to stabilise the region, but the coalition has to call off most of their support because of another war. This leaves the governor but no choice but to relie mostly on national soldiers and supplies. Fun scenario for fun :)

This was made like 2-3 years ago and I haven't overhauled it. Anyways I love when the surge option come up so I wanted to make a scenario like that. There might already be something like this that exist but idk.
