The Battle for Bast + Reactive World Patch

This patch makes it so that Bast can be overrun by cannibal hordes following the dead of both Robun and Boss Simion, if all other relevant leaders (Valtena, Epson, Ohta, Inaba) are also dead. Skull Drinkers, Tooth Crushers, Broken Fingers and Leg Bitters will take different hamlets and towns. To end the cannibal's hold over Bast, one must kill their leaders.

Since there's too many overrides involved in this patch, do let me know if there's any bugs.
