About the mod:

Modification of buffy's roleplay chat specifically for Russian-speaking hard/full RP server “Project Phoenix” [discord.gg]

What the mod does:

“RPChatProjectPhoenix” modifies the original mod buffy's roleplay chat for the needs of the server “Project Phoenix” [discord.gg], adding the following features:

- Full translation of the mod into Russian.
- Commands /to, /tolow, /yellto, /whisperto to send messages directly to a specific player.
- Commands /meto, /metolow, /metolong to use emotes directly onto a specific player.
- Commands /doto, /dotolow, /dotolong to use the environment emotes directly onto a specific player.
- Ability to write emote in chat or /say command via *text*. Similar to /me “text”.
- Quick communication via walkie-talkie. The ability to use the /r commands to chat to the radio even when its microphone is turned off. When using the command, the microphone automatically turns on, if it was off, during transmission and turns off immediately after transmission is complete.
- Author designations to all /do commands if the author of the emote doesn't have admin privileges.
- Ability to use commands in UPPERCASE and lowercase.
- Changes to short commands for some commands.
- Setting to the chat settings submenu "Toggle Auto Low" which automatically makes all your replies quiet (the effect of the /low command) without having to type /low every time.
- Improved punctuation checking.
- Some inaccuracies and bugs fixes.

How does it work?

To use commands related to “to”, you need to specify who you are addressing after a space and after the text.
For example: /to Dave I made you a bowl of rice.
How it will be displayed: [to Dave] YOUR_CHARACTER_NAME says, “I made you a bowl of rice.”

To add a space to the name who you are addressing, use “_”, which will be interpreted as a space.
For example: /to Dave_Kahovskiy I made you a bowl of rice.
How it will be displayed: [to Dave Kahovskiy] YOUR_CHARACTER_NAME says, “I made you a bowl of rice.”

To emote in a chat or via the /say command, you need to use ** and text between them. Format: *text*.
For example #1: /say Hello. *extends hand to man*.
How it will be displayed: YOUR_CHARACTER_NAME says, "Hello. (/me color) *extends hand to man*"

For example #2 (w/o /say): Hello. *extends hand to man*.
How it will be displayed: YOUR_CHARACTER_NAME says, "Hello. (/me color) *extends hand to man*"

Now you don't always have to write commands in lowercase. Now when you send commands, for example: /L or /ME, you will not get a message saying that the command was not found, but the action implied by that command will be performed.
