Pipe Caps Coloured

This mod makes the heat pipe roof caps utilise the ship paint roof colour.
It should work for all vanilla game assets and all modded assets that use the BASE_PIPE_CONNECTOR_GRAPHICS by inheritance.

It does this by adding them to a new ship graphics layer.
This is advised against by the modding community (myself included!).
Therefore some play-testing by many more people is required to see how much of an issue this mod will create.
In my own time testing it, I did not have any issues.

Would be a bit difficult for this mod to not be meltdown compliant

If a modded component uses a direct file ref or a new pipe-cap graphic, this mod can not replace those sprites without work from me adding them to this mod. I'm honestly not very likely to do such requests, but feel free to make them in the comments.... ...
