Bassicly makes barney a protogen that's
wearing a hoodie, I have no idea why i decided to do voice acting this time, It doesnt support ep1 yet, and almost barely has all of hl2's barney voicelines.
Be warned the dub is utter garbage and you can barely even hear what he's saying half the time.

Will definitely be remaking the voice lines tbh, Either making them more audible, Changing them completely, And probably adding ep1 support.
