Description
Submod for Dynamic Replenishment that conditions replenishment for only recruitable units from the province, making replenishment more realistic and challenging to manage as you need to be in the correct province to replenish, and ogres/ROR units won't replenish.

Removed Black Ark's replenishment as it bypassed recruitable condition.

Added independent replenishment for lords/heroes and most single entities to compensate.
