I just wanted to add some features and improve overall implementation.

About

You can push not only props, but NPCs and players too! It's that time when you can shout out at someone and actually kill them with sound wave.

By default, search for entities is performed in a "cone" directed by player's eyes.

Voice now also can apply damage.

All settings can be found in Utilites tab in Spawn Menu
