Gameplay Re-balance R

A mod focuses on re-balancing the game. I hope this encourages weapon diversity.

Weapon names now end with
A (High-HP Killer), B (General Purpose), C (Crowd Clear) to indicate intended use.

Be careful, enemy damage (especially vehicles) has been significantly buffed;
enemy vehicles have much higher HP now, plz bring heavy weapons and plan your shots.

Mod has been fully tested. Have fun!
