Forced Dominate Vassal (One Turn Cooldown)

Description
Changes the cooldown for Slaanesh (N'Kari) and WoC (Sigvald and Azazel) Dominate (forced vassalisation) to one turn. This is save compatible but you will have to wait the dominate ability to be ready again for the 1 turn cooldown to persist with each subsequent use of the ability. Works immediately on new campaigns.

This mod does not affect the cost (Devotees for Slaanesh; Souls for WoC) at all; this mod is only for the cooldown.
