When the suspect tried to shot again, BANG! the other cop kills the suspect with a headshot.
The suspect was identified as:
Kai Jackson.

the other dudes were identified too, but they started a investigation, because there something strange on the basement, where TF he got a shotgun? a saw and some other things? and in the third floor the cops found grenades and a Improvised Explosive Device I.E.D
