Back To Black - Black Vests Standalone

Description
I have taken the liberty of dyeing the vests of the European militia sprites (which have, until now, been country-coloured) black, to drive home the fact that they ARE civilians with no access to military garb. I have given them tattered sashes in their respective country colours instead.
