The fifth new playable character from the Industrial Prince Mod line, made playable in version 5.0.

Fun fact: Royal Fencerbot was the first ever brand new enemy added to a CC mod, originally made an enemy during the early development stages of version 4.0, in February 2023!

I still need to nail down a design for him, cuz the design I have right now looks like crap and I need to redo it (I also only have 1 head sprite done so far)
