Fix Sultan Machine Gun Skill

Description
Fix for Sultan's Ancient Mashina: Gun skill.

Remove unnoing knockback effect for player (instead of enemies).
Also slightly increased range (from 1500 to 2100) of basic attacks with this skill.

Just a temporary fix until it will be fixed by the dev.
