Fixed Male 09 Hands

Description
By default, Male_09 has black hands for some reason—probably because someone at Valve forgot to update the UVs when creating the model. I’ve fixed that! This also resolves the issue for the Playermodel version.

Works with reskins.

I know it's probably just a mistake and nothing more, but I've always thought of it like his hands were dirty from fighting or working on cars or something
