Unaligned Icon Fix

Description
Fixes the Anomaly DLC's Codex and Search icons having improper spacing in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

This mod intercepts and redraws these two icons. It aims to ensure they are always drawn after the other vanilla icons, and after those from the vast majority of other mods.
