Warmaidens - UWE Patch

Description
Small patch to make the Warmaidens mod compatible with UWE. All this does is remove Hermit's Retreat and it's buildings from Warmaidens as it was right on top of an UWE Hive. As far as I could see no other outpost conflicts with UWE.
